I don’t know if you watch much TV but the Great British Menu is by far the most informative/educational/entertaining #cookingcontest ‘reality’ show out here-20 years on air and still going strong and yet? I just discovered it and I’m a very serious chef contest show viewer so thought I’d pass it along.

Thank you Ina! My husband is from back east and grew up having lobster rolls so I was happy to see your suggestions for the 4th. We don’t have them often as lobster has gotten so expensive but I think I might search for some here in Southern California and surprise him!
